| Which display sizes and types are available with the kit? |
| A 6" or a 9.7" active matrix display with matching pen interface comes with the kit. This non-flexible display is built on a glass TFT substrate. |

| How do I order the kit? |
| Kits can be ordered from the online store. Prepayment is required for all orders. All purchases are nonrefundable. |

| I am trying to order a kit, but my credit card isn't accepted. |

Your card will not be charged unless you receive a confirmation e-mail from E Ink.
The "bill to" address you use, must be the "bill to" address you use with the credit card.
You may have a daily limit on your credit that limits the ability to purchase. Please contact the credit card company.

| How long does delivery typically take for a kit? |
| When in stock, delivery is usually within one week. |

| What support is offered with the kit? |
| Limited support for up to 30 days is available with the kit purchase. |

| Shipping and handling |
| E Ink charges for express delivery. If you have a corporate FedEx account you would like to use, please indicate that in the notes section of the order, and the S&H will be deducted from the order. |

| Located on the SD card 'doc' directory is the AM 300 development kit User Guide, Installation Guide, and Broadsheet API for basic instruction on use and operation. |

| How many levels of grayscale does the kit support? |
| The hardware currently supports 16 levels, but only 8 levels are included with the kit software. |

| How do I change the build root? |
|
The build root is based on Gumstix's open source environment. More information can be found at their web site.
If you re-flash your Gumstix, you MUST use an MMC card not an SD card.
