Hsinchu, Taiwan, 1 April, 2012- Effective on 1 April, E Ink Holdings Board approved new appointments and reorganization. CH Chiu, the existing production integration officer of E Ink Holdings, will become the Chief Operation Officer (COO). Felix Ho, the new Vice Chairman, will supervise directly on the business development and operation of EPD key accounts. The global senior management team reorganization is listed as below:
